Privacy Policy

KeyVision GrowthOS ("we", "us") is an AI social media growth manager that helps creators and businesses plan, optimize, publish and measure their content. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information: your name, email address and password (stored hashed), or basic profile details if you sign in with Google.
• Business details: the niche, goals, audience and brand information you enter during onboarding.
• Content you upload: images, videos, captions and notes you add to the app.
• Connected social accounts (only when you choose to connect them):
  • Instagram / Facebook (Meta): your Instagram professional account ID, username, profile picture, follower count, media list, and post insights (reach, views, likes, comments, saves, shares), plus permission to publish content you approve.
  • TikTok: your basic profile (display name, avatar, open ID), follower and video statistics, and permission to upload videos you approve.
  • YouTube (Google): your channel ID and name, subscriber count, video list and statistics, and permission to upload videos you approve.
• Funnel and lead data: information visitors submit through landing pages you create, and click counts on tracked links.
• Technical data: basic logs needed to keep the service secure and working.

How we use your information

• To show your real performance on your Growth Dashboard.
• To generate AI recommendations: hooks, captions, hashtags, posting times and opportunity scores based on your own content and results.
• To schedule and publish posts — only content you have explicitly approved.
• To track results and improve future recommendations for your account.

We never post without your approval, never sell your data, never use it for advertising, and never use bots or fake engagement.

AI processing

To generate recommendations, relevant content and metrics are sent to our AI provider for processing. This data is used only to produce your results and is not used to train public models.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that host and run the app (cloud hosting, database, AI processing), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. Platform data from Meta, TikTok and Google is used only to provide features to you and is never shared with third parties for their own purposes.

Storage and security

Data is stored in a secured database with per-account access controls. Platform access tokens are encrypted and accessible only by our servers. Uploaded media is stored privately.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you disconnect a social account, we stop collecting its data and delete its access tokens. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days.

Your choices and rights

• Disconnect any social account at any time from Settings, or revoke access from the platform's own settings.
• Request a copy, correction or deletion of your data — see our data deletion instructions.

Children

KeyVision GrowthOS is not intended for anyone under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Platform policies

Our use of data from these platforms follows the Meta Platform Terms, TikTok Developer Terms, and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube features use YouTube API Services; by using them you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy applies.

Changes

We'll post updates here and change the date above. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email.
