By creating an account or using KeyVision GrowthOS, you agree to these terms.
The service
KeyVision GrowthOS provides AI-assisted content planning, optimization, scheduling, publishing and analytics for social media accounts you own or manage.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password safe.
- You may only connect social accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only as needed to provide the service and only to accounts you connect. You are responsible for making sure your content follows the law and each platform's rules.
Acceptable use
Don't use KeyVision GrowthOS for spam, fake engagement, harassment, illegal content, or to break any platform's terms. We may suspend accounts that do.
AI recommendations
Recommendations and scores are estimates, not guarantees of reach, growth or revenue. You decide what to publish.
Third-party platforms
Connections to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube are subject to those platforms' terms and may change or stop working if they change their services.
Ending
You can stop using the service and delete your account any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost followers, revenue or data on third-party platforms.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes here.
